Here is a list of game modules that I have created and uploaded in various game formats, with a brief synopsis and download links for each.

“Know, O Prince, that between the years when the oceans drank Atlantis and the gleaming cities, and the years of the rise of the Sons of Aryas, there was an Age undreamed of, when shining kingdoms lay spread across the world like blue mantles beneath the stars.” – The Nemedian Chronicles.

Such half-legendary fragments are all that remain to tell of the Hyborian Age and its
greatest hero, Conan. The barbarian Chronicles combines three adventures, “The Legions of the Dead”, “The Scythian Pits” and “The Thing in the Crypt”. You can play the
Campaign as Conan, or as a 1st level hero of your own design, following your career from
its beginning as a youth among the barbarian Aesir, to your arrival in the “civilised” city of Arenjun.

Conan Chronicles 2 – The Zamorian Chronicles

“Tired of the grim and frozen north, you have headed south to Zamora to see what the so-called “civilised” lands may offer. But a baptism of fire awaits you once you step within the gates of Arenjun, Zamora’s second city and renowned throughout the Hyborian lands as the City of Thieves.”

These are the second chronicles set in RE Howard’s world of Conan and they are suitable for one or more PCs of around 15-17th level, either pre-existing PCs who completed Conan Chronicles 1 or new PCs who can be autoleveled at the start of the game.

Features of the adventure include:

  • Many new custom feats
  • Over 100,000 words of dialogue with the many different NPCs who call Arenjun home
  • Pen and paper type play options including climbing, negotiating pits, rock falls and flooded areas, bashing doors, novel traps, random resting encounters, secret doors, secret treasure compartments, green slime, being pickpocketed, being caught stealing or damaging items.
  • 1000+ unique items of equipment specific to the Hyborian world setting, including community designed custom clothing and armour appearances and oversized
    weapons, makeshift weapons, bucklers, spiked gauntlets, assassin’s daggers etc,
    as well as a few custom creatures.
  • Use of Community designed tilesets from Robinson Workshop and city buildings and walls created using the BCK placebles.
  • Hyborian character creation with many different human subraces and Hyborian age deities.
  • AI scripts controlling NPCs wandering through the city, interacting with one another, moving in and out of buildings, sitting in chairs and going home at night.
  • A “Hyborian Poker” minigame against NPCs to while away the time and earn some coin.
  • Different cohorts, squads to command and multiplayer option.

Explore sinister forests and dark crypts filled with numerous traps and secrets to solve the mystery of the attack upon a defenceless village. Be careful to distinguish your enemy from your friend… An adventure for one or more PCs of at least 7th level.

(This was my first, and rather basic, NWN module.)

Mines of Moria

This is a recreation of the Lord of the Rings Fellowship’s journey through Moria. Includes a choice of three henchmen per player (Aragorn, Gimli, Gandalf,
Legolas, Boromir, Sam and even Arwen) to create the Fellowship.

Strife in Grimbone

The aid of worthy adventurers has been sought by Baron Truestone in
investigating reports of supernatural activities in the outlying settlement of
Grimbone. This apparently simple mission thrusts the players into a complex and
dangerous adventure where events of the distant past have led to a present of
danger, intrigue and supernatural terror. This new version optimises for HOTU
and CEP and includes many other enhancements as well as changes and corrections
suggested by J’Dai (module reviewer) and others who kindly posted comments on
the download site. The module is ideal for a small party of novice PCs.

Sands of Fate 1: Shadows over Heliopolis

Having defeated the hordes of the Underdark, your victory was feted throughout Faerun. As time passed, spent secure in your new fortress among your riches and followers, the thrill of adventure became but a distant memory, a tale to be
told by the fireside. For your reputation had become such that none in the wide world dared challenge your might.

But other worlds exist upon which men – and monsters – tread, and Powers there are, beyond time and space, who rule the shadowy corridors between these worlds. And perhaps it was inevitable that eventually, as you dreamt one night of past conquests and victories, the Powers drew you into their presence. For they have a task for you, a mission to quicken your pulse and send a tingle of danger running along your spine. Adventure, like a long-forgotten friend, beckons you forth once more!

“Shadows over Heliopolis” is an adventure in an alien land of baking deserts and strange foes designed to challenge post-HOTU PCs.

This is the first module in the Sands of Fate trilogy, which continues with “Gem Tower” and concludes with “Pyramid of the Ancients”.

Sands of Fate 2 – Gem Tower

Plucked from your dreams by strange Powers inhabiting the Realm between Realms, you were sent to a land of deserts and dark secrets to avert the destruction of
the town of Heliopolis. Now, the leader of the enemies of Heliopolis, the Banespirit of War, is slain by your hand, shattered asunder like his carefully laid plans.

But in destroying the Banespirit, you were not returned to your own land. The Powers have now charged you with averting a far greater catastrophe than that faced by Heliopolis. An evil force long dormant will soon arise as a god-like being to tear asunder the very fabric of the land and other worlds besides!

So you must return to this desert land to search for the dormant force of evil, with little information but the knowledge that the answers to your quest lie in unravelling its mysterious past…

This module is the second in the Sands of Fate series, following directly on from the
events of Shadows over Heliopolis. It is to be played by a single or muliple PCs
of around 30th level.

Sands of Fate 3: Pyramid of the Ancients

You have discovered the secret of the Gem Tower and the way to the third and
final part of your adventure lies clearly before you. Your quest now takes you to the very heart of the land, to the Pyramid of The Ancients where lie the remains of Sesustris, the great Pharaoh who saved the land from cataclysm a thousand years ago.

This adventure is the final part of the Sands of Fate series. It is recommended to start this module using the character that finished Gem Tower. Such PCs should be around 35th level with equipment commensurate with this exalted station!

Age of Empires II (Age of Kings) Modules

Arthur – King of Britain

This nine scenario campaign describes a possible historical basis of the Arthurian legends and places them in the context of Roman and Post-Roman Britain in the 5th and 6th Centuries. They are spiced up with a little magic and legend though! There is an even mix of pitched battles, build-and-destroy and roleplaying.

Evidence from historical sources is used, including the earliest accounts of Arthur’s battles by Nennius.
